Abdulhai on Smart Transportation

Professor Baher Abdulhai took part in an interactive panel discussion on the future of smart transportation at the Smart Cities Expo World Forum in Toronto on May 7, 2018. Discussion topics included:

  • smart mobility solutions
  • the potential of autonomous vehicles to disrupt passenger transportation
  • how cities and agencies can cooperate to deliver smarter transportation networks
  • understanding the complexities of sustainable transportation.

Professor Abdulhai also presented “Smart cities: Aspirations and challenges on the way to a future of automated and transformative transportation” later the same day.
