UTTRI Executive Director Dr. Judy Farvolden and associated faculty Professor Greg Evans were among those gathered on October 16, 2019 at Ontario Tech University for a day of moderated panel discussions on urban mobility and sustainable transportation initiatives, including electric vehicles, ridesharing and automation.
Farvolden and Evans participated in Panel 1: Healthy, Inclusive Cities along with Ranjit Gill, Transportation Engineer, City of Oshawa, and Meghann Lloyd, Associate Professor, Motor Behaviour and Physical Activity Lab, Ontario Tech University, moderated by Shilpa Dogra, Associate Professor, Faculty of Health Sciences, Ontario Tech University and Julie MacIsaac, Director, Innovation & Transformation, City of Oshawa.
