Congratulations to PhD Candidate Sina Bahrami and Professor Matthew Roorda on the Runner-Up to Best Conference Paper award at the recent Canadian Transportation Research Forum (CTRF) conference for “Optimal Operations of an Automated Vehicle Parking Lot.”

CTRF President Malcolm Cairns presented the awards during the conference’s Harbour Cruise & Awards Dinner May 28.

As previously reported, Professor Eric Miller’s paper “A Prospectus for Improved Long-Distance Travel Demand Models” won Best Paper.

CTRF’s 54th Annual Conference, “Change, Disruption and Innovation in Canadian Transportation: Navigating the New Normal” was held May 26-29, 2019 in Vancouver.
