The new Myhal Centre for Engineering Innovation & Entrepreneurship is one of seven University of Toronto buildings featured in this year’s Doors Open Toronto.
Officially opened in March 2018, the Myhal Centre will host a series of nine “lightning talks” from top engineering graduate students in the Lee & Margaret Lau Auditorium on the main floor between 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., May 25 and 26.
Among other topics, a couple of transportation-related talks will be shared by:
Nazli Kaya (MIE MASc) on Saturday, May 25 at 11:30 a.m. will present “Where do we look at busy intersections?: An on-road study examining driver attention mechanisms.”
Jason Hawkins (CivMin PhD) on Sunday, May 26, 2:50 p.m. will talk about travel behaviour in “Where to live? Where to work? Where to play?”
