The Engineering Institute of Canada announced the 2015 recipients of its honours, awards and fellowships. At its Annual Awards Banquet in May, Alberto Leon-Garcia will receive the Julian C. Smith Medal for Achievement in the Development of Canada and Baher Abdulhai will become a fellow, for his exceptional contributions to engineering in Canada.
