UTTRI associated faculty Professor Amer Shalaby along with Patrick Loa (CivE MASc candidate 2019) and consultant Dr. Brendon Hemily attended the International Workshop and Symposium TRANSITDATA2019 held July 8-10 in Paris.
Professor Shalaby and Dr. Hemily, who both sit on the scientific committee for the symposium, chaired one session each. Patrick Loa and Professor Shalaby also delivered presentations at the workshop.

This 5th workshop continues a series that began in Gifu, Japan (2014), Boston, United States (2016), Santiago, Chile (2017) and Brisbane, Australia (2018).
The next TRANSITDATA will be held in Toronto during summer 2020.
