Professor Khandker Nurul Habib recently accepted the role of Associate Director of the Data Management Group (DMG).
Founded in 1988, the DMG provides travel behaviour data collection, management and analysis services to provincial and municipal transportation planning agencies in the Greater Toronto-Hamilton Area (GTHA). DMG is funded by and reports to the Transportation Information Steering Committee (TISC), which is chaired by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation.
DMG Research Director Eric Miller said, “I am looking forward very much to working with Habib as we evolve DMG to reflect the inevitable changes in its structure and activities as we implement the TTS 2.0 recommendations – not that we yet know what these will be!”
