Rami Al-Sahar will present his MASc thesis “Evaluating the Use of Twitter in Gauging Customer Satisfaction Effects of Transit Service Interventions” on September 9, 2021, 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Rami is an MASc candidate at the University of Toronto Department of Civil & Mineral Engineering working under the supervision of Professors Amer Shalaby and Tamer El-Diraby. His research focuses on social media analytics and understanding the perception of public transit riders. He has an MEng in Structural Engineering from the University of Western Ontario and a BASc in Civil Engineering from Kuwait University.
