UTTRI Director, Professor Eric J. Miller was awarded the 2020 Safwat Zaky Research Leader Award by the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering for “leadership in innovative interdisciplinary and multiple-investigator initiatives that have enhanced the Faculty’s research profile.”
UTTRI associated faculty Professor Timothy Chan of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering received the 2020 Faculty Teaching Award for demonstrating “outstanding classroom instruction” and developing “innovative teaching methods.”
