MacLean is the Canada Research Chair in Sustainable Systems and Technology Assessment, Tier 1. Tier 1 Chairs are for outstanding researchers acknowledged by their peers as world leaders in their fields.
Posen is the Canada Research Chair in System-Scale Environmental Impacts of Energy and Transport Technologies, Tier 2. Tier 2 Chairs are for exceptional emerging researchers, acknowledged by their peers as having the potential to lead in their field
